amazing location, great service!
central location helpful suggestions
I loved the central location. It was so convenient! umberto was kind and helpful.. he offered fantastic suggestions. the complimentary coffee and tea were a great touch, especially in the morning. the room was clean and spacious, perfect for my needs.
the street outside was noisy, so i could hear conversations and street sounds. noise-canceling windows would be a significant improvement here.. it slightly impacted my sleep quality.

central location nice host good air conditioning
i liked how close the hotel was to the Rialto Bridge. Umberto was very nice and helped me with local tips. the room had air conditioning that worked really well. it.
the stairway was narrow and it was hard to take my suitcase up.

the staff was helpful with directions. i also get some ideas of places for meals near from the hotel. this made finding great restaurants easier.

The location was acceptable.
The room I received was not the one I saw in the pictures, this was disappointing. The bathroom was also very small. It was hard to move around in such a tiny space..

helpful host complimentary coffee great pressure
i stayed for several nights. umberto was helpful both before and . i appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available each morning. the shower had excellent pressure, and the temperature was consistently perfect.
the stairs were quite narrow. carrying my suitcase to the room was a struggle. there was no lift to help with this.
